Pension inheritance conditions
Employee pension inheritance
- When the insured dies.
- The insured dies within 5 years from the date of diagnosis which is still in the status of an insured.
- Disabled pensioner (level 1 or level 2) has died.
- Person receiving employee pension (retired) who has a period of more than 25 years has died.
- The deceased's pension can be received in the following order. Spouse→Child→Father/Mother→Grandchild→Grandparent
Basic old age pension inheritance
- When the insured dies.
- When the national pensioner or death base pension.
- The deceased's pension is paid to the spouse's children or children of the insured.
