Pension inheritance conditions

Employee pension inheritance
  • When the insured dies.
  • The insured dies within 5 years from the date of diagnosis which is still in the status of an insured.
  • Disabled pensioner (level 1 or level 2) has died.
  • Person receiving employee pension (retired) who has a period of more than 25 years has died.
  • The deceased's pension can be received in the following order. Spouse→Child→Father/Mother→Grandchild→Grandparent
Basic old age pension inheritance
  • When the insured dies.
  • When the national pensioner or death base pension.
  • The deceased's pension is paid to the spouse's children or children of the insured.

Service charge in case of receiving a pension 15% of pension
